MEP Procurement Complete; Interior Finishes Ahead

As reported in the 2026 fundraiser presentation, procurement, scope development, contractor evaluation, negotiation, and subcontractor selection are complete for electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, and fire sprinkler trades. Listed final-stage work includes HVAC, metal framing, wall and ceiling insulation, drywall, spackling, painting, and interior finishes.

Exterior Building Envelope Completed

As reported in the 2026 fundraiser presentation, exterior brick installation and pointing, masonry, exterior insulation and EIFS finishes, waterproofing, and envelope sealing have been completed.

Stage 1 Construction Begins

With sewer installation completed and approvals in place, vertical construction resumed. Work began on the building superstructure including structural steel erection, concrete slabs, and CMU block installation.
